Frederick Lesort focuses on strategic growth and brand development for Le Colonial, one of the industry’s leading luxury hospitality groups. With more than 25 years of experience, he has built a distinguished career in fine dining, known for his expertise in operations, guest experience, and concept execution.
Previously, Frederick served as Vice President of Operations at Casa Tua, overseeing performance and expansion to Aspen and New York for the lifestyle brand. Earlier, he held the role of Director of Restaurant Operations, Americas at Cipriani USA, where he managed a broad portfolio of flagship locations across New York, Miami, Las Vegas, and Mexico City—ensuring operational excellence and consistency across one of the most iconic names in hospitality.
Frederick began his career in New York, rising through the ranks at esteemed establishments including Le Bilboquet and Island. Over time, he went on to own and operate several notable restaurants in the city, including Frederick’s Lounge and Frederick’s Madison, helping define high-end dining and guest experience.
Across every role, Frederick brings a refined understanding of luxury hospitality, combining operational discipline and a deep commitment to service with a sophisticated sensibility of environment and atmosphere, making him a respected leader in the industry.
A native of Paris, Frederick was a competitive ski jumper in his youth. Today he lives in Miami with his wife and their two young children.
